Frequently Asked Questions

Important information about what you can and cannot load in our trailers.

What items are strictly prohibited?
For safety and environmental reasons, we cannot accept hazardous materials, wet paint, chemicals, oils, asbestos, biological waste, tires, or batteries. If you're unsure about a specific item, please ask before loading.
How high can I load the trailer?
The trailer can only be loaded to the top edge of the side walls. Nothing can protrude above the top line. This is strictly required by law to safely tarp and transport the load.
Can I mix heavy materials like dirt or concrete with regular junk?
Heavy materials like dirt, concrete, rocks, or roofing shingles must be loaded carefully as they can quickly exceed weight limits. Please let us know if you plan to load these heavy materials so we can advise on safe loading levels.
Do I need to be present for drop-off or pick-up?
No, as long as the area is accessible, clear of obstructions, and you've provided clear instructions on exactly where to place the trailer, you do not need to be present.
What happens if I go over the included weight limit?
Our standard rentals include 2 tons of hauling. Any weight over 2 tons is simply billed at $50 per ton. We will provide a weight ticket from the dump to verify the total weight.
